Cera Sanitaryware Limited - Nonfunctional toilet sheet

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Cera toilet sheet (Model Clang- supposed to be of very good quality) for my new house. It was suggested by the retailer by using superlative presentation about Cera company. He told me about Cera best quality, best customer care service and moreover your brand value.
But sorry to say just after one month i started to face problems with the sheet.
It started choking. First, I showed it to my plumber. He checked the line and found that the problem seemed to be with the sheet. I went to my retailer and he suggested me to file a complaint with Cera.
On **th December **** I registered my first complaint C***********
Executive told me to call my plumber to uninstall the sheet. I paid Rs *** to my Plumber and uninstalled the sheet. It took me *-* days. When your executive came he asked for some tissue papers from us and conducted test and found sheet is working fine.
On **th January again i lodged a complaint C*********** with same problem. Your executive told me to call plumber and check line. I called some another plumber and paid Rs **** again. They checked everywhere even the gas chamber pipes and blockages but find nothing. It took *-* days again. I told executive to come, he said he will come next day. But on that evening the sheet started working fine automatically.
But after ** weeks Sheet again got stuck. I called the executive and he came and find it has some issue. He poured water with buckets and treated it with some chemical after an hour or two sheet worked fine. He suggested me that he will give me that chemical, whenever it got stuck use this chemical but i said then you have to give me a quota of ** years ( I hope it was practical)
On **th February ****, sheet got stuck Complaint no C***********
On this call Executive told me to talk to their supervisor, and supervisor talked with me with a very illed manner. He told me the sheet is absolutely fine and the video which he saw does not seems to have stuck stool. I told him Sir if you want to see colourful video then just wait for few days because this problem arises every * weeks approx. After few days i Sent the Supervisor (Sharma Ji **********) the coloured video having whole pot stucked with shit(stool).
With our conversation, it was concluded that stool stuck there and after two days it got softened with water and passes automatically.
He told me to call Vishal Ji his head. I talked with Vishal ji and he asked for videos. He talked with his team who visited and after many chats with me and his team, he told me to forward a request for replacement.
On **th Feb **** a whatsapp message came to me by a new complaint registration C***********
I addressed this issue to Vishal Ji that the quality team has raised another complaint number. to which Mr. Vishal told me that he is processing a replacement. Within few minutes, i got a message REPLACEMENT REJECTED.
On **th March i sent Mr. Vishal again the video of the toilet sheet that was stuck again.
I told every executive(whether it was Nitin , Gaurav from Dehradun, Sharma ji supervisor, Vishal Ji) that i have two small daughters, a wife, old age parents, where should i take them for these daily problems. Even when guest comes, it add to our embarrassment.
I talked to many experts and they all told me that this piece has a manufacturing glitch. Might be narrow passage at neck.
This is my last hope.
