Healthmug - Nondelivery order money refund

My order no OD**************** Rs.*** and OD**************** Rs.*** dt:- * April **** online payment .I do not get this product . I never refuse this parcel. Delivery parson report's refusal but it is not true. Internet services have been disrupted due to communal riots for some days. Please my money refund help me.
