I am filing a complaint against Riders Junction for non-delivery of Order #RJ***** (Royal Enfield Touring Seat) placed on March **, ****. I paid ₹*,*** via online payment.

Despite multiple follow-ups on WhatsApp (+** ***** *****), the merchant has provided only vague excuses like "I will check and update" (on April *nd) and "it takes time to dispatch" (on April **th). Since April **th, they have completely stopped responding to my refund requests.

It has now been over ** days. This is a clear case of online fraud where the merchant takes money and refuses to ship the product or issue a refund. I am seeking a full refund of ₹*,*** along with compensation for the mental harassment caused by their lack of professionalism.
