I ordered three mobile phone cases from The Case Factory (https://thecasefactory.in/) on *th August **** for a total prepaid amount of ₹****.

The payment was successfully made through UPI and I received the order confirmation. However, since then, I have not received any updates about the shipment or delivery.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails to their official email address and direct messages to their Instagram page, but I have not received any response. This is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

I believe this is a case of non-delivery and lack of customer service, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

Resolution Sought:

A full refund of ₹**** due to non-delivery of the items.

Action against the seller for unresponsive behavior.
