Delhivery Limited - NonDelivery of Order Despite Status Showing Delivered

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order (AWB: **************, Order Value: ₹*,***, Seller: Speed Logistics Services, purchased via fragaholic.in, scheduled delivery date: **th–**th August).
On **th August, I received a call from the assigned delivery agent who directly asked for the delivery OTP without even arriving at my address. From the conversation, I sensed that the agent may have had malicious intent upon realizing the contents of the package. I therefore refused to share the OTP until the package was delivered to my location.
What is unusual is that I did not receive the usual “Out for Delivery” notification via email or WhatsApp, which Delhivery typically sends when a package leaves the warehouse. Later that same day, the tracking status was updated to “Delivered”, even though I had not received the parcel.
Upon contacting the delivery agent, he admitted multiple times (on **th, **th and **th August) that the parcel was still with him and promised delivery “within ** minutes” or “around noon,” yet the order was never delivered. On **th August night, I raised a complaint through the Delhivery app. I was advised to wait ** hours for resolution. However, even after **+ hours, I have received no concrete response.
To make matters worse, I can no longer reach the delivery agent via the Delhivery application. This raises serious concerns that the agent may have intentionally withheld or misappropriated my package. I also believe Delhivery has the capability to verify this, as the call recordings and internal tracking should clearly show that the parcel was never delivered to me, despite the false status update.
This experience has caused both financial and emotional inconvenience. The perfume I ordered during the sale for ₹*,*** now costs over ₹*,*** in the absence of that discount.
I request:
*. Immediate investigation into the matter, including verification of call logs and agent records.
*. Refund of my payment (₹*,***), as the item was never delivered to me.
*. Assurance of strict action against the responsible agent to prevent recurrence.
I trust you will assist me in ensuring that either my order is successfully delivered to me or my payment is refunded.
