*. Writing you for against my loan account no PRM************X for purchase of samsung S ** ultra.
*. I purchased phone ** Jun ****, where I have opted for auto debit & my first EMI for the phone was deducted on the same day. However same is still not updated on the Samsung Finance website / app.
*. It is requested that same may be updated to avoid confusion & recovery of additional money from my account since I have opted for auto debit option.
*. Necessary action and timely intimation is requested.
