I had ordered * kurti and * Anarkali suit. Instead of sending that you guys had sent * unstitched material that too defected. The quality is extremely poor. i had filed complaint on **th july ****, But till now i have not received a single mail, call or message from your side.
Is this the way you handle your customer???
Sir, you may imagine how a customer is needed to single sidely follow for support from the designated teams in marketing.
My situation can not be expressed in words here. I had paid ****/- rupees for nothing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
