I on behalf of my son took Nirmaya Insurance ( https://thenationaltrust.gov.in/auth/niramaya-e-card.php ) from the national trust, i have sent two claims to Raksha TPA, the claims have been passed, one claim passed on Dec **** and other in Feb ****. But till today (**-**-****) I have not get reimbursement. I have sent many mails to national trust, and many calls to Raksha tpa customer care where I get standard answers like it is escalated.
