I order cookies and biscuits in bulk but found cookies and biscuits crushed in packets delivered. According to return policy they can take my order back in * to * days but they don't take my order back and told I should return it immediately.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
