Siri computers - Non return of original hard disc and data

My HP Laptop had some problem in switching on. I consulted with siri computers. My Laptop was taken away by siri computers for defect rectification. After four days i called siri computers about for my laptop. Siri computers replied that hard disc is crashed and needs to be replaced with new one promising all data will be recovered and old hard disc will be returned to me along with data as i had important data in my pc. Finally siri computers replaced hard disc and i paid Rs ****/-. But when i asked for data then he promised that ha will recovered data in *-* days. But almost one week i called and asked about data. Then he replied that data cannot be recovered. Then asked him to return my old hard disc. Then he told me that it is lnded in hp company for data recovery and asked two more days for returning of my old hard disc. After four days i reminded him about my hard disc. Then he came along with a hard disc which was not belongs to my laptop. I asked him about original hard disc. Then he said that by mistake he carried wrong hard disc and returned back with duplicate hard disc. After two days i again called him then he came along with another duplicate hard disc the same was returned by me and i asked him to had over my original hard disc to me. Now about one and half month going to complete but siri computer has neither revered my pc data nor returned original hard disc to me. Now he also stopped responding to my calls. Expecting ur support and guidance.
