Prerana PG for Ladies Bangalore Nagawara - Non return of Deposit

Stayed here for ** months. I don't usually leave reviews, but the owner has forced me to do so. Initially the owner was sweet talking, but then everything changed. Collects rent on time, but does not provide facilities. Broken and dirty washing machines, rats in the food storage room, cockroaches everywhere, found worms in meals, the biometric machine kept breaking down, lift stops working randomly ( I stayed in *rd floor). Rooms do not have working showers, and some of the bathroom windows are covered with rice bags. Basic facility like power back up is not available. Even the cleaning staff are not regular, which leaves piles of garbage stinking right outside rooms for * days straight. When asked to fix things, no response at all. Deposit is not returned. When I left ( with * month notification provided) the owner said her son is in hometown and will return the money, but they did not. They will not even pick your phone. She collects rent only in cash, which is problematic with no stable atms nearby. Please do not join here
