I had made a service complaint to Blue Mount RO on dated **-**-**** for non-working of my machine but up to **-**-**** no one had visited my place to find out the problem in the machine and company send me the message on **-**-**** at **:** PM that your complaint has been done. On **-**-**** I made a complaint through email on the email address cc@bluemountro.com at **:** pm and info@bluemountro.com at **:** pm and the company officials contacted to me on **-**-**** and they tell me that today the technician visited your place. Technician come to my home on **-**-**** and told me that membrane and alkaline part is defective in your machine and it is not available with us at this time and they will replace it after * days but this part is not replaced till **-**-**** at **:** PM.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
