Sea Blue Shippling - Non repayments

I had given a short term loan thru bank to one of the Limited company at Cochin as I am not the Shareholder or Director of the company, i know this is an illegal operation against ROC Law, and I didnt sign any doments, because the MD of the company requested like begging to complete their project with in six months since August **** and they promised to give some interest against the loan all the amounts will settled within * monhts, but they didnt respect their promisings and they had reimbursed part payment with different instalments,Last reimbursement was June ****. I have the proof of the payments of the loan,

And more over I am an NRI and I send lot of mails for the reimbursements and they had given so many excuses and I made so many calls and the MD dont want to reply my phones and emails and he is trying to cheat me.
