M S TEMCO Bangalore - NON REPAIR OF SOLAR INVERTER

A Solar , OFF GRID power plant, purchased at a cost of ₹ *,**,*** , through M/s Bharat Sevak Samaj promoted by Government of India was installed on **-**-**** at my house roof top.
The main components being a Solar inverter cum charger, Solar panels and associated standard protected wiring system.
On March **, **** the system failed and message was given to M/s Temco, Bangalore who promised to repair the sooner transport and parcel services are restored. On their behalf , engineers from M/s Inspire electric, promptly visited by location *n ** May **** and carried away the Inverter charger for repair and return.
The spare part was not made available by M/s Temco, while contacting them, promised to send the parts immediately. But there is no information thereafter. M/s Temco preferred not to answer to messages or attend voice calls.
Weeks later a lady voice from Temco expressed sorry for delay and would be cleared in * days time. But there is nothing heard or read from M/s Temco. As an option replacement of the Gadget with separate charger was also informed to them
I am grieved by the non reply to messages or calls and not repairing the costly gadget. As there is adverse atmospheric condition KSEB power supply outages were frequent and solar power generation was not possible. Many of my power needs were badly suffered due to this. Solar Gadgets are from emergency categories for which urgent attention is always required.
