Dear Sirs,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a senior citizen and was stuck in Delhi due to lockdown imposed by the Government of India.
On knowing a domestic flight would flies to my destination I have booked a ticket using your website I.e. from New Delhi to Jharsuguda for **th April **** for which I booked the ticket on *st April ****. And made a payment through Google pay a copy of the receipt is attached for your reference.
However despite my money being debited from my account I was neither accorded a PNR number nor any booking confirmation.
A detailed bank statement shows the money is credited to your account UPI TRANSACTION ID ************ makemytrip@icici Account.
Hence it is requested to kindly initiate the refund at your end at the earliest.
