HiTech India Mart - Non Refund

India mart customer care were contacted by me regarding the document submission & security payment of Rs **** to the supplier for service delivery(Tower Installation). On the advice of the India Mart employee I submitted document & processed the payment but the requested service was not delivered. Later I was informed that India Mart has de listed the supplier from the seller company list. I had requested India mart to refund the amount paid to the supplier and the given contact details (Phone number, address, Id) of the supplier by India mart was not in existence, * months have passed i only receive mails from India mart that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused by them to me(customer) but the amount was not refunded by them(India mart).
