Having availed the services, my daughter checked out of the facility without any dues out on ** Jul **. No claims for damage or vandalism have been raised by the company. In the terms and conditions of the contract, a commitment to refund the Deposit Amount of Rs ***** within ** days of the expiry of the contract was made. The ** day period expired on ** Oct **. The company has still not refunded the deposit amount.
