WE HAVE BOOKED THE TICKET THROUGH INTERNET ON **.**.**** FOR SHOW ON **.**.**** AT INOX GARUDA MALL, MAGRATH ROAD, BENGALURU AT **.** AM. AS THE SHOW WAS CANCELLED DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR. BUT REFUND AMOUNT OF RS. ***.** NOT YET CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT SO FAR.

THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CANCELLATION. LAST TIME COMPLAINT WAS RAISED TO CONSUMER FORUM TO GET BACK OUR REFUND.

HOPE THIS TIME AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED TO OUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY
