Refrigerator of Samsung and Haier - Non refund of payment

Respected Sir,

I, Capt Shailesh Datar had purchased Refrigerator (Model no: Haier SBS*** ;litres HRS***KS-BLACK STEEL on *th February **** from Reliance Digital, Badlapur West. Installation was done on *th February.

To start with our Misery with regards to our refrigerator, it was not Cooling due to which our food items were getting spoilt, post which we then COMPLAINED,(* times) around **th February. Technicians attended and on **rd February he said that the piece is FAULTY.

He then put a request for replacement,.with reliance digital We then visited the same outlet & wanted Samsung model now as we did not want Haier Model. The executive (Mr Surya Shukla) did not adjust nor refunded the amount, HE CLEARLY DENIED & we again had to pay Rs *****/- on **th February **** for Samsung model(payment reference no: TM*****************) .

He said on **th March that i will get samsung piece delivered in * working days but it did not come. Post ** days of booking that model of Samsung, Mr Surya said it is discontinued & again we have to select another model. I was fed up and I requested a total refund of both refrigerators.

I DEFINITELY FELT CHEATED, HELPLESS AND FRUSTRATED. I TOLD HIM THAT I DO NOT WANT ANY PIECE FROM THEM, I SHALL TAKE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

MR SURYA SHUKLA CONFIRMED US WITHIN * DAYS THAT WE WILL GET FULL AMOUNT OF *,**, ***/-( this amount is of both refrigerators) WHICH TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

UNFORTUNATELY FOR SAMSUNG , I HAD TO MAKE PAYMENT IN * EQUAL EMI'S WHICH HAS ALREADY STARTED GETTING DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

FROM THE ABOVE YOU CAN VERY WELL UNDERSTAND THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I AM UNDERGOING.

NOR DID I GET THE REFRIGERATOR WHICH IS DAMAGED, NOR DID I GET A REPLACEMENT AS DESIRED , NOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

IF I DO NOT GET A RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL,

I WILL NOW TAKE THIS TO CONSUMER COURT & ALSO MEDIA . I NOW WANT A FULL REFUND ALONG WITH THE INTEREST FOR THE LAST * MONTHS FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL. ALSO AN APOLOGY LETTER FOR THE MENTAL HARASSMENT, DISTRESS AND FINANCIAL STRESS YOU'LL HAVE GIVEN ME. ALSO ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED TEAM.

THIS WILL NOW NOT STOP HERE.....PATHETIC SERVICE

I WILL ENSURE THAT THIS MATTER RAISES HIGHER...AS YOU'LL HAVE AGONIZED ME TO THE CORE & TESTED A CONSUMER'S PATIENCE

YOU'LL ARE SITTING ON MY HARD EARNED MONEY SINCE SO LONG WITHOUT ANY REMORSE......DEFINITELY I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET NOW & LET YOU'LL TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF MY PATIENCE, DIGNITY & MONEY.
