Meera Sundaram filed complaint against Indigo SpiceJet and Air Adia on Apr 29, 2020
Air Asia has asked for ** to ** weeks’ time to process refund.
Spice Jet and Indigo are refusing to refund full fare quoting DGCA circular which is ambiguous and discriminatory and forcing to accept credit shells with conditions.
All above air tickets were booked through Goinibo for passengers T R Sundaram and Meeera Sundaram in February **** for flights during April **** and all three Airlines cancelled their flights. The PNRs are T*UU*R (Air Asia), R*VNNB (Spice Jet) and RLLCXT (Indigo).
