Shivkant Choudhary filed complaint against Glocal Holiday Private Limited on Apr 6, 2022
I booked a tour from Glocal Holidays Pvt Ltd. in the month of March **** and the tour was scheduled in the month of May ****. I paid an amount of Rs.*,**,*** to their HDFC bank account in March ****. Due to second COVID wave the flights got cancelled and all the amount was received by Glocal Holidays by the Airlines. Over the email they confirmed that an amount of Rs.*****/- is due to be paid to me and they will adjust the same in future bookings.
I also tried to request further bookings in September **** but they refused to book saying that their condition is bad and they will refund the complete amount in my bank by **st March ****. But that did not happen as month of March has passed and they have not refunded even a single penny. So, please take legal action and send a legal notice to them to recover the money.
