Magnitude Square Realty Pvt Ltd Bangalore - Non Refund of Booking Amount Farm Land

I had booked a farm land in my wife's name, Kaveri Talawar by transferring Rs ***** on september (Rupees twenty thousand only through online mode payment) as the booking amount to Magnitude Square Realty Pvt Ltd for their ISIRI Farmland project in Doddagatta Andhra pradesh. It was agreed that upon cancellation, the entire amount will be refunded within * weeks. Due to a medical emergency, I said to cancel the booking on September **th, and they accepted and said it would process. Now they are not responding to my calls, and almost * months, no refund.
