I have booked my air tickets from Hyd-Kolkata and return. I booked tickets on **-**-****. My payment got deducted at **:** pm. However, I got condition mail at **:** pm. I tried my level best to contact them but could not go through and I booked my tickets through other means. When I called Cleartrip and informed them the same and requested for a refund they did a lot of harassment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
