Material girl by Prisha Kritika - Non refund despite return

I am filing this complaint against Material Girl by Prisha & Kritika for non-refund of ₹****/- despite return of products. The total amount paid was Rs.**** only.

I placed an order for three coats (Brown Fur Coat, Beige Coat and white vest set) and paid ₹*,*** via UPI (GPay) on ** December ****.
*. The brown coat delivered was completely different from what was ordered. The white piece was a very different size than ordered.
*. The beige coat was not dispatched on time. During a phone conversation, I was informed that it had not been dispatched and a refund would be processed.
*. However, instead of processing the refund, the beige coat was later dispatched without my consent.
*. Since the products were incorrect and no longer required, two items were returned to the seller.
*. The returned products were successfully delivered back to the seller (AWB proof available).
*. Despite confirmed return delivery, the seller has failed to process the refund of ₹*,***.
*. The seller is now non-responsive and not replying to calls or messages.

This conduct amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
