Seller Amazon Doctor Dreams by Nilkamal Striker King Size Metal Bed Black - Non refund against retured product for more than 2 months

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my sister in law who has been severly anguished by an unjustifiable acton of your amazon india and team thereof.
My Sister-in-law placed an order for (Doctor Dreams by Nilkamal Striker King Size Metal Bed (Black) Sold by: Cloudtail India Private Limited worth ₹ **, ***.**/-(Eleven thousand two hundred forty nine rupees) Only through amazon app on **.**.**** and she have received the same sometime in the month of October’ ****, after receiving the same she found the product to be a defective one & accordingly she placed a return/refund request, her refund request was accepted and accordingly the courrier partner of amazon collected the aforesaid defective product from her residence. However, after return on the aforementioned defective product no refund amount has been initiated or credited in her account till date. Its been a more than * months, amazon have not refunded her hard earn money in her account. It is pertinent to mention that in many occasions she have placed a call before your concerned customercare of amazon but they are giving futile assurance, delaying and dragging the same by date after date reason best known to them. Recently also on **.**.**** myself, who is also a patron of amazon india Ltd made a call on behalf of my sister in law to the customer care so as to find out when your amazon india is intended to transfer the refund amount in her account but again they have given a same futile assurance stating that the amount will be refunded in her account on or before **.**.**** but everything went on vein no refund nothing. Therefore being highly aggrieved by the action of the your amazon india i have made this complaint before your esteemed authority to initiate appropriate action against your delinquent employees who are involved in pestering my sister in law by not refunding her own money till date and unnecessary dragging the matter and further request you to kindl refund her hard eard money in her account forthwith.
N.B- This incident really discouraged us to continue our relationship in future. The goodwill whichever Amazon india has created in our mind has been shaken.
