We had returned a dress purchased from Meesho app which was received torn and was in repaired condition (raffo done) on ** November ****.
Order number is #********** ,till date no refund recieved.
It's very difficult to contact the helpline and the customer executives are very rude and non cooperative. Once return has been done refund should happen by default but nothing in ** days
