Anil Anand - Non Redressal of Complaint Reference No with customer care

while driving i felt that my one side of my car was tilting and noticed that i had a flat tyre with a very big hole on the front left side of car i recently purchased car from Magic auto patpargang delhi ****** and have not travelled more than **** KM my car car is Grand Vitara smart hybrid i contacted my dealer and he said he would send this tyre to apollo dealer for replacement i got SMS that my complaint has been registered at TC************* and also asked me to call for further details *********** when i called this number was asked to contact Mr Vineey the service engineer when i called him and gave all the details so asked for nothing happened i called there was no response neither any call back i again contacted the customer care and asked for some better response nothing happened hence raising this complaint to you for free replacement of my tyre and seek redressal for non cooperating staff
