M S CHID INFRA INDIA - NON RECIEPT OF SALARY EPF MIS EXPENDITURE REIMBURSEMENT

Dear Sir,

This is to again inform you that I am continuously chasing for a deposit of my salary@ Rs. *****/- per month via regular written and verbal communication to you approx. from the last * months & ** Days (completed by end of **-**-****) but unable to receive the same till date. Total pending amount in the head of salary is Rs.******/-.

I joined the company on **th Oct **** and till date I served almost ** months but my PF in the organization is only deposited for * month and the same is pending for ** months @ Rs ****/- per month = *****.

Also I have spent multiple times via my different credit cards , bank accounts etc.( copy attached) during the fund crises for the company to run the project smoothly which is nearly equal to Rs *,*****/-. The Receipt of the same amount is also pending till date.

Attachment of all the expense sheet from the day of joining , credit card snapshot showing the purchase of diesel for site, bank account snapshot showing the amount transfer in different labours account, & PF Statement are already attached in trailing mail.

From the above details if we calculate the total balance amount to be received from the organization by the end of ** June ****.

This is to inform you that I have already prepared the final bill & LD Statement and the same has been submitted in the HPCL Portal for release of payment. Till Date I am active for the organization and doing necessary replies on a regular basis on your behalf against any communication done by HPCL related to my site .

I am regularly calling you, neither you are attending my phone calls nor replying to my mail. I have been working in your organization for the past * months ** days without receipt of the salary and till date you are not confirming that for how many further months I have to work for the organization without receipt of salary.

After serving * Months & ** Days in the organization without the receipt of the salary & above mentioned misc. payment even after several reminders So Finally, I have decided to tender my resignation with effect from **-**.**** After Noon. Hope you will clear my above mentioned payment of Rs *,**,***/- as early as possible.
