We placed an order vide ID ****** on **.**.**. Even after ** days your customer care says it will get dispatch soon and don't have a definite date. Since the saree is available, We requested them to dispatch immediately so that we can get it before **th Feb as we are travelling out of country. Since we did the order through online we don't have any proof. Still they don't want to deliver the saree, then can initiate a refund to us.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
