Sir/Madam,
I have above stated bonds whose maturity date was **.**.****,but till date I have not yet received maturity payment (Certificate/ document is attached). Since after retirement, I had shifted to my permanent address which was not same as the address in L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited's records, I reached out to their executive on **.**.**** through contact number ******** . As per their executive's advice, I had sent a request letter on **.**.**** along with photo copy of :-
a) Adhaar card as address proof
b) PAN card
c) Cancelled cheque for my bank details.
Meanwhile I had also made arrangement for receiving the documents at old address i.e. address present in their records.
On **.**.**** I had again called their office through contact number ******** and as per the confirmation from their executive ,maturity cheque had already been dispatched to my old address as on **.**.**** .
But till date I have not received the consignment neither at my old address nor at my present address.
I have repeatedly followed up with the company's helpdesk but in vain. I have email from the company stating they have received all documents pertaining to KYC. I am a senior citizen and I feel like I am being robbed of my hard earned money. I have noted down the sequence of events date wise. Please do reach out to me if you need any additional information.
