Big Bazaar - Non receipt of item booked on 15 08 2018 vide transaction id no.bbmb000020573

Due to heavy rush during Big Bazaar’s Maha Bachhat Offer, I booked following two Items on **-**-**** through online vide my Transaction id:BBMB*********.

*. Prestige * burner Glass Top Gas Stove - Free Deluxe * Pcs Cookware Set and * ltr Outer Lid Pressure Cooker
After a long waiting and personal persuasion with Customer Care, I could able to receive items at Sl. No.* above & free items of Sl. No.* only. But it is a matter of great regret that even after lapse of more than * months, the main item i.e. Prestige * burner Glass Top Gas Stove has not yet been delivered to me on the plea of “No Stock”. But the said product is very much available at Big Bazaar retail outlets located at Bhubaneswar and they have no objection to deliver the said item to me on receipt of any message / instruction from Big Bazaar . Accordingly, I suggested them through e.mail that I would be able to collect the said product from any Bhubaneswar based Big Bazaar retail outlets and simultaneously the Big Bazaar would save delivery / courier charges for the said item. But no response has so far been received from them.
It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that I would be able to receive the same from their Bhubaneswar based outlets at the earliest for which amount is lying with Big Bazaar since more than two months
