Mpokett - Non reasonable interest and late fee charges

My friend took loan of **** in mpokett with my proofs, unfortunately he died in road accident., That to im student still studying,even I was clearing one by one,but they are charging **rs per day as late fee charges,this is ridiculous,no proper fee chart..I'll definitely take this as serious issue.and I'll fight for it till to see your end.
