Property Expo - Non payment of the dues

Hello

The channel partner (Property Expo) of DLF builder
has given a written promise of the 'passback of *% amount' to me (end customer) once I have given the necessary payment to DLF.
It's been more than a year and that channel partner are now denying me the payment. I am being harrassed in this process.

Please help.
