ADS HR consultancy - Non payment of salary

I joined the company on **st July **** and worked there for one month. Just before the salary day Mr. Arghya Sarkar asked me to take off as they will be closed for two days.. I asked the reason, he said market is very low so we will remain close for few days and according to him this happens every year.. I didn't have any idea about the company so I said ok,but what about the salary he said in * days he'll clear the payment.. today it's almost * months he is delaying the payment and moreover he discontinued my work from his company without any notice.
He not only cheated my salary but also doing the same with the candidates coming for jobs. He takes the consultancy fees and then doesnot provide job. Plus takes huge amount of money and give fake interview calls.. he is completely cheating everyone..
