Pratap University - Non Payment of Salary from Pratap University, Jaipur

**th Nov **** i resigned from my post of Assistant Professor in Pratap University Jaipur. After my resignation they said that i have to finish my all responsibilities which includes examination sheet checking, paper making and award sheet submission, if i don't do all these formalities then i shall not get cleared my dues and it can stop my remaining payments.

This university has a funda that says you hire people but don't pay them because they don't have a relaxing environment like here anywhere else. So after June they didn't pay salary of around *+ months to its employees and that was the only reason of my resignation.

After completing all my responsibilities above mentioned my no dues certificate was signed from all depts in last week of December'****.

Meanwhile i received salary of October Month and *.* months salary was remained with University.
I called account department of University and went to university for my full and final payment on **.**.**** my total outstanding was *****/- .

i thought that after all these formalities i shall get my full salary however after getting all work done they paid me on *****/- and deducted *****/- without any reason, i asked Registrar of University Dr. Ashustosh Dewedi for this but he just yelled on me and said that this is the only they will pay me.

This was really shocking for me because i traveled in Truck and finished every responsibility still this was the final outcome.

I have written many emails to them infect the main Person of University Mr. Shailendra Bhadouria also but i couldnt get any reply from him.

i would request you to please look into this matter and helo me to get my remaining salary which is my hard earned money and this amount was the salary of August **** its almost * months i am begging for it.
