Mimsys Technologies Private Limited - Non payment of salary and mental harrassment

I have been working in Mimsys technologies Private Limited for *.* years. The technology used is quite obsolete and not used in most of the sectors except this organization. They promised me that I work work on latest technology while joining. Since pandemic, they are keeping the pending due of salary at least for * months. On top of that, they are mentally harassing me for more then * years and treating me a like a slave. Managers are quite ruthless and never listen to employees' concerns. They don't issue monthly pay slips and they are paying my PF to my EPFO account as well even though they deduce from my salary. No salary is given if any employee is serving notice period. It would be great if you take immediate action on this company that is against the labor law.
