Indus Towers Limited - Non Payment of Rent for roof top tower

Indus Towers limited has a roof top telecom tower at our residence. They are occupying our house roof till date but not paying us any rent since April ****. Multiple inquiries about rent have yielded no results instead company representatives become abusive and start harassing. The company is defaulting on the rental agreement terms by not paying rent.
