Fly cargo packers and Movers - non payment of refund

Almost ten months back, I shifted to Mumbai from New Delhi.
I contacted below mover and packer service for my relocation;

During transit, they not only damaged my belongings, but they also lost my inkjet printer, which I bought for rs, ****.
When I tried to claim it through insurance, it happened to be a fake. Nevertheless, I contacted owner Mukesh Sharma for a refund of my lost items, he assured me for return. After stalling for three months he gave me a point of contact called Vicky who was supposed to make the refund, but this Vicky guy after stalling for *-* months have stopped responding to my messages and stopped taking my calls.
I request you to please chase these frauds and help me get my refund.
