On **.**.****, I signed the documents for SAHARA. E.SHINE scheme with Sahara India Ltd.at Vindhyanagar. The documents are the record of their scheme that assures me a return of Rs ******.** by **.**. ****.Unfortunately, the service was inadequate and there is no sign of any monetary return from the company to my account. I and my husband both in our late fifties and are struggling to get back our money from Sahara India. The tension between two parties is creating a lot of stress and mental harassment for me. I have a daughter in her mid-twenties who will get married soon, the monetary fund in this crucial stage critical to me. We tried to reach out to the company employees but there is no action taken after multiple requests from my end. With the last straw drawn, I decided to reach the consumer court to help me resolve this issue and get back the money that was promised to me by Sahara India. This is a clear case of fraud and being a responsible citizen and a government servant, I would like to address this issue with your department so that it does not get repeated by the company with its other customers.
