Sundaram Mutual Fund - Non Payment of Dividends

I had purchased **** units of Sundaram Capex Opportunities fund (Dividend Option) ** years ago in **** (Folio No. ******/**) which was converted to Sundaram infrastructure advantage fund (Regular Dividend Option) folio No SBBNAB******.

Unfortunately I have not received any dividend during last * years. I was checking on their site that there were quite a few dividends paid during this period include two dividends in **** and one in ****.

I had already sent them several emails and a hand written requests (with signature) regarding this matter requesting them to transfer the unpaid dividends to my bank account. It is quite frustrating to see their silence and unusual delay regarding this matter. I would like complain regarding this matter and request them to transfer the unpaid dividends to my bank account at the earliest.
