The said FD was issued from Howrah Regional Office (Authorised Centre : Bandel) through their agent who is not traceable now. The FD was matured on & from **/**/****. Reasonable interest accrued from maturity date is also payable. The said company has not left any address or contact to redress customer grievance. I have suffered heavy financial loss and inconvenience against this investment. Any help to get the refund is most welcome.
