Ordered online on IKEA website on *th August. Order # *********. I have the Order confirmation PDF. Delivery date mentioned on PDF is **th August. IKEA assigned it to their delivery partner "Delhivery". Delhivery Order ID - *********. Delhivery Tracking ID's - ************* and *************. The package reached destination city Bangalore on **th August ****. Filing complaint on **th August **** as still not delivered. Every day calling IKEA to check but they say it will be delivered tomorrow, which never comes. Numerous emails to IKEA and Delhivery, again no luck. No contact number for Delhivery, the ones which are shown on Google do not connect at all. Upon all this, Delhivery is lying to IKEA that I have rescheduled the delivery. If I have confirmed, they should have a call recording or an email proof (which obviously they do not). I have all the proofs with me.
