Jaguar Land Rover - Non Delivery of Vehicle post Repair

I gave my car (Range Rover) to authorized Service Station of JLR (Shiva MotoCorp) on ** Nov **** as my car met with a minor accident. I was told by the service center all repair work on my car would be done in max ** days and post ** days I can take delivery of the car. After ** days when I went to take the delivery I was told that due to non availability of some parts they would be taking some more time. Since then I have been in continuous follow up with the service center and JLR team but till date there is no response from them or a confirmation on the exact delivery date of my car. I have emailed JLR to their official email address and even tagged them on twitter addressing my issues. After one reply they stopped responding to ,my emails. Incase a company is not able to provide timely delivery they do provide the customer with an alternate car but in my case even after making multiple request it was turned down. I had to hire a car for my travelling needs. I tried contact JLR and it's team on multiple occasions but each there is no response. Even today after more then * months the company and it's associates have no clue on the delivery date. I both this car looking at the brand image and the credibility of the company but now I have realized that it's just nothing more then a spoof to lure new customers. When the company has shortage of vehicle parts they should immediately stop selling new cars until they have resolved all existing issues related to parts. I have incurred a loss of more then * lacs in hiring a new car till date and it's still increasing.
