onlinedelivery.in - non delivery of rakhi order

I had placed order for rakhi with sweets to be delivered at vadodara on **-**-**** vide order no ****** at cost of Rs **** .
It is matter of regret that while ordering it was mentioned that order shall be delivered on **-*-**** but the same has not been delivered .I have followed up through customer care helpline and also different mails.
I am of strong belief that it is fake company and every time I have been given different replies . The representative tell lie that it has been delivered but actually nothing has been done. They don't tell company office address also nor it is available on their website.
It has not been only money loss but more than that it has spoiled our rakhi festival and trust.
