*. I had made a credit card payment for online purchase of six bottles of TestoUltra from biotrimlabs.com for ****/- on ** Dec****.
*. As per their policy the product was supposed to have been delivered within **-** days with a cushion of another * days due to heavy rush and holiday season.
*. I had sent periodic mails to biotrimlabs on non delivery of product on **, **, ** & ** Jan **** but received the intimation from the web site customer support that the product has been shipped to india on **.**.**** with no further details available from local courier services.The following are the details of email:-

We are happy to report your order has been successfully processed by our warehouse and is on the way! Please keep in mind that if you ordered multiple products, your shipments may be combined in the same package.

*. I feel cheated and duped since i have approached the customer care N times to either dispatch the product again by courier or refund my money. However i got no response and it almost two months that the product has been ordered
