KURTI CREATION INSTAGRAM - NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to register a complaint against an Instagram-based seller operating under the name "Kurti Creation".

I had ordered a kurti from their Instagram page and made a prepaid payment for the product. However, on **/**/****, I received a call from an unknown individual claiming to be the delivery person, demanding an additional Rs. *** for delivery. This extra charge was never mentioned at the time of purchase, and I refused to make this unexpected payment.

Following this incident, I contacted the seller through Instagram to seek clarification. Instead of responding, they blocked me from further communication.

I have retained screenshots of our conversation and payment confirmation details as evidence of the transaction and communication.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and taking appropriate action against this fraudulent seller. I also seek a refund of the amount paid or proper delivery of the product as originally agreed.
