Ditto Boss - Non delivery of product

I had ordered a start up package from ditto boss, I was assured that it will reach me within * days.
They have taken full amount before dispatching the package. they sent me the tracking ID * day later, I pointed out that the delivery address mentioned was wrong,
but they lied to me saying that it has been corrected in the backend. inspite of me calling them repeatedly, I was asked to wait.
the delivery company called me and asked me to collect the package from a different state, when I called the ditto company, they are very unresponsive and late stopped receiving my call. This has cost me severely in terms of opportunity, mental stress and time.
