One Plus India - Non Delivery Of Product

I ordered earphones on **th June ****. Till today I have not got the delivery of my product, not even any receipt, acknowledgment, call, email. On top of this, the tracking system is down, with no clarity. it is frustrating. I must file a complaint against one plus regarding forgery and harassment of the customer.
