BoookD com - Non delivery of product after paying online

I ordered from this site I.e boookd.com and paid them online about three months ago and I never received the orderconfirmation but the amount was debited from my account and when I asked them about my order they left my messages on seen and were declining my calls on whatsapp and after sometime they just blocked me from both instagram and whatsapp and I also tried calling them fro.another phone no. But they blocked mefro there too. I am not the only one who got scammed by them but there're many more too and I have proofs too , I have also filed a lot of complaints on national consumer helpline too I hope my problem will be resolves asap and other people can also be aware of such sites
