I raise a complaint against Mainstreet Marketplace for failing to deliver the product I ordered, as well as refusing to refund my money despite repeated follow-ups.

On March *, ****, I placed an order through Mainstreet Marketplace for a Amazefit Helio strap, priced at ***** including shipping charges. They promised a delivery time of ** days.

However, even after the promised period, I did not receive the product. I tried reaching out to their customer care but was unable to connect through any official helpline. The only available communication was via WhatsApp on the numbers +** ********** and +** **********, where responses were inconsistent and delayed.

Later, I was informed that the product I had originally ordered was not able to ship in said period because they didn't got seller details as of now and told me to wait for * weeks.


Further after multiple repeated follow-up, the answer remained same that they are reseller and they didn't have any details about seller so they can't ship product within said time line

As of today on ** April more than * months, I don't have any details about delivery and they refused to refund the amount I had paid as well.


Relief Sought:

I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me obtain one of the following:
A full refund of ₹**,***/-,

OR
Immediate delivery of the confirmed product along with valid tracking details.

This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience and financial loss. I kindly request the forum to take necessary action against the seller for this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior.
